Membership Types

ATHNA offers two types of membership. Please click the appropriate link below for a membership application.

Active Membership

Offered to any U.S. and Canadian registered professional nurse (RN, APN) committed to the advancement of travel health nursing.

Affiliate Membership

Offered to any U.S. and Canadian licensed practical nurse (LPN), licensed vocational nurse (LVN), registered practical nurse (RPN), nursing student, or other health professional (PA, MD, DO, Pharm, Other) committed to the advancement of travel health nursing.

*A Special Word About Member's Only Content:

ATHNA has already started to develop clinical tools and protocols for use in your practice. Our ATHNA Toolkit and Policy & Procedure Project will grow as we do. Currently we have a number of Policies and Procedures and Standing Orders based on U.S. standards of care as well as a sample consultation intake form. In the future, we plan to add additional benefits that meet the needs of our new membership base.

ATHNA Dues

ATHNA wants to make membership an affordable option for U.S. and Canadian nursing professionals. Toward that end, we have set our dues for both Active and Affiliate Membership dues at $25.

Please note that membership dues are in US dollars only.
